This position is responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules, coordinating with multiple departments, managing inventory levels, and helping ensure customer demand is met while maximizing plant efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with production data, ERP systems, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and production capacity.
  • Collaborate closely with production, processing, and sales teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address changing priorities, demand fluctuations, or operational challenges.
  • Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to support production requirements while minimizing waste.
  • Communicate schedules and schedule changes effectively to all impacted departments.
  • Maintain accurate records related to production schedules, inventory, and operational metrics.
  • Enter purchase orders for raw materials and coordinate delivery timing to align with production schedules. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience in a Supply Chain, Production Planning, Scheduling, or Operations role will also be considered.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
