Outside Sales Representative - Construction Services

Manage a territory of existing and new residential construction accounts in the garage/entry door industry.

Hybrid role based in Cumming, GA.
To grow revenue through relationship-driven sales and independent territory management.
Field-based with autonomy; minimal micromanagement, strong support, and a company vehicle.
Base $50,000–$70,000 + commissions; total comp range $70,000–$95,000.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy and is ready to take ownership of their own “mini-business” within a stable and supportive company in the residential construction space. The Outside Sales Representative will inherit accounts, follow up on inbound leads, and build lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, and builders.
● Manage and grow assigned territory and accounts● Follow up on inbound leads and generate new opportunities● Build long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners● Maintain accurate notes, orders, and updates using ERP and CRM-lite tools● Represent the company professionally in the field● Operate independently while meeting performance expectations
