We are seeking a driven Senior Tax Associate to join our Atlanta office and take a leadership role in managing and delivering tax services to a diverse range of clients. You'll work with high-net-worth individuals and businesses across industries such as construction, real estate, manufacturing, and technology.

• Prepare and review complex individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• Conduct tax planning and research, including international and multi-state issues
• Lead client engagements and develop trusted advisor relationships
• Mentor and train associates and interns
• Participate in tax strategy discussions and help identify client opportunities
• Contribute to team leadership and internal process improvement
• Stay current on tax law changes and emerging industry trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in Taxation or Accounting preferred
• CPA license or eligibility required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting, including leading tax engagements
• Strong technical tax knowledge and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and client service skills
