<ul><li>Prepare and review tax returns</li><li>Maintain &amp; build client relationships</li><li>Handle IRS correspondence</li><li>Perform Tax research</li><li>Prepare estimates, extensions &amp; payments</li><li>Mentor/oversee junior staff</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Masters degree is a plus - MTAX, MACC</li><li>Must be a CPA</li><li>Must have 7-10 years of experience</li><li>Proficient with Ultratax &amp; QuickBooks</li><li>Excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills</li></ul>This is an excellent opportunity with a firm experiencing solid growth.
