We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and experienced tax professional with 5–7 years of tax experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.<br><br>
You will lead corporate and partnership tax compliance engagements, evaluate complex reporting requirements, support consulting projects, and help develop staff while operating with significant autonomy.<br><br>
This is a full-time position available for immediate hire.<br><br>
Based in our confidential client’s Philadelphia, PA office.<br><br>

<br>The Tax Manager will manage diverse tax engagements, oversee corporate and partnership compliance, evaluate complex U.S. reporting requirements, guide staff development, and collaborate closely with leadership to support a growing client base.<br><br>
<br>- Manage Federal tax compliance for corporations, partnerships, and disregarded entities.<br>- Oversee state and local tax compliance requirements.<br>- Evaluate U.S. tax treaty implications and reporting requirements, including FATCA, foreign withholding, and foreign tax credits.<br>- Operate autonomously while collaborating within a team-focused environment.<br>- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to support their technical and professional growth.<br>- Conduct tax planning, research, and technical analysis.<br>- Support client service delivery with strong communication and problem-solving skills.<br><br>Desired Skills &
<br>- 5–7 years of professional tax experience.<br>- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Taxation or a related field.<br>- Ability to work independently while aligning with practice leaders.<br>- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.<br>- People-oriented, with the ability to train and develop staff.<br>- Excellent planning, research, writing, and communication skills.<br><br>
