Position Overview

</strong></p><p>We&#8217;re seeking adaptable and skilled Virtual Assistants to provide behind-the-scenes support across various departments. Depending on your background and strengths, you'll be matched to projects in HR, accounting, recruiting, operations, or admin. Key Responsibilities

</strong></p><p>Tasks may vary depending on business needs and your area of expertise:</p><ul><li><strong>Administrative Support:</strong>&#160;Email and calendar management, travel coordination, meeting prep</li><li><strong>Finance &amp; Accounting:</strong>&#160;Light bookkeeping, invoicing, AP/AR support, expense reports</li><li><strong>HR &amp; Recruiting:</strong>&#160;Scheduling interviews, onboarding assistance, applicant tracking</li><li><strong>Medical Support:</strong>&#160;Insurance verification, medical billing support (if experienced)</li><li><strong>Operations:</strong>&#160;Document management, SOP creation, vendor coordination, data entry</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>

Qualifications
