Tax Manager - Ft. Lauderdale, FL<br><br>
A CPA-certified tax professional with at least five years of public accounting experience and a minimum of two years in a managerial role.<br><br>
Manages complex tax compliance for partnerships and other pass-through entities, identifies tax planning opportunities, oversees workflows and deliverables, leads staff development, and serves as the primary client contact.<br><br>
Full-time hybrid role available immediately.<br><br>
South Florida market, with 2–3 days per week in office.<br><br>

<br>The Tax Manager will support the South Florida market by managing tax compliance and planning across industries such as manufacturing, real estate, professional services, and high-net-worth individuals. This role includes reviewing complex partnership returns, identifying tax issues and planning opportunities, leading tax staff and seniors, and building strong client relationships. <br>- Manage and review complex partnership tax engagements.<br>- Address tax compliance and planning needs for clients across multiple industries, including high-net-worth individuals.<br>- Serve as the main client point of contact, ensuring timely delivery of work and strong communication.<br>- Identify tax and business issues and recommend strategic planning opportunities.<br>- Lead, mentor, and develop tax staff and seniors in a fast-paced environment.<br>- Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.<br><br>
