</strong><br>This role offers the opportunity to manage financial accounting functions for a portfolio of single-tenant industrial properties directly for the ownership group.</p><p><strong>

</strong></p><ul><li><p>Perform bank account reconciliations and initiate transfers/wires for payments.</p></li><li><p>Prepare monthly property accruals, amortization schedules, reports, and supporting schedules.</p></li><li><p>Complete year-end accruals and management fee calculations.</p></li><li><p>Review and maintain multiple general ledgers across 25+ assets.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with property management teams on financial matters.</p></li><li><p>On-board new property assignments and certify rent rolls.</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely posting of rent payments.</p></li><li><p>Support portfolio finance teams with requests and inquiries.</p></li><li><p>Perform additional duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p><strong>
