&#160;</strong>Base salary up to $200,000 +/- plus up to 20% bonus, 401(k) match of 100% on the first 3% and 50% on the next 2%, and 17 days PTO prorated in the first year.</p><p></p><p><strong>

</strong></p><p>The SVP of Finance will lead financial strategy, oversee accounting and FP&amp;A, manage banking relationships, and enhance business insights through improved systems, reporting, and technology.</p><p></p><p><strong>&#9679;

</strong></p><p>&#9679; Lead all finance and accounting functions including FP&amp;A, reporting, and strategic planning</p><p>&#9679; Manage banking relationships, lender reporting, and compliance requirements</p><p>&#9679; Own budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling</p><p>&#9679; Drive reporting enhancements using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI</p><p>&#9679; Optimize ERP systems and financial reporting infrastructure</p><p>&#9679; Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls</p><p>&#9679; Support M&amp;A activity and post-merger integration</p><p>&#9679; Build scalable financial infrastructure and reporting processes</p><p>&#9679; Lead and develop a high-performing finance team</p><p></p><p><strong>

</strong></p><p>&#9679; CPA or MBA strongly preferred</p><p>&#9679; 12+ years of progressive finance experience</p><p>&#9679; Proven leadership at VP or SVP level</p><p>&#9679; Experience in high-growth or turnaround environments (required)</p><p>&#9679; Strong banking and lender reporting experience</p><p>&#9679; Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise (required)</p><p>&#9679; Strong systems and ERP experience (required)</p><p>&#9679; Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI</p><p>&#9679; Experience with Sage Intacct preferred</p><p>&#9679; Strong leadership presence, resilience, and execution capability</p>
