100X Recruiting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a division of Zipapply.com, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information about job candidates and applicants (“candidates”), hiring managers and other business contacts, and the employers, recruiting firms and other customers who use our services, on 100xrecruiting.com, 100xworkforce.com, our Client Portal, Invite to Apply, and the 100X Chrome extension (together, the “Service”). Job seekers who use 100X Jobs or MyZipApply should also read the privacy policy on that site.
Candidate and applicant information. When you apply to a job we post, are sourced for a role, or work with our recruiters, we may collect:
If you are hired or placed through 100X Workforce. To hire, onboard and pay you, we collect what an employer needs, such as your home address, pay rate, start date, and the results of any background check or drug screen you agree to. This is shared with our employer-of-record and payroll partner (section 3).
Hiring-manager and business-contact information. Our directory holds business contact records — name, work email address, work phone number, job title, company, and LinkedIn page — for people at companies that may be hiring. These come from people-data and contact providers, public sources such as company websites and business lists, LinkedIn profiles our recruiters save, and org charts our customers give us. We check that email addresses work using email-validation services, and we keep a record of the emails we send you and whether they were delivered, opened or answered.
Customer and account information. When an employer, recruiting firm or other customer works with us or creates an account, we collect contact details, sign-in details, team members, the jobs you post, files you upload (such as résumés, org charts and contact lists), messages you send through the Service, and your conversations with our AI assistants. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never store your full card number.
Device and usage information. Your IP address, browser and device type, and how you use the Service. When someone opens a candidate profile, résumé or link we shared, we record when it was opened and from what IP address, so we know it was received.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Our recruiters and our automated phone assistant may call candidates about jobs. Phone screens and intake calls may be recorded and transcribed, and an AI summary made, so we can present you accurately to employers. Reference-check calls may also be recorded. We may text you about jobs or interviews; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time. Your mobile number and consent to texts are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
We use third-party AI providers to read résumés and org charts, write job descriptions, summaries and messages, make images for job promotions, power our AI assistants and phone assistant, and help score how well a candidate matches a job. AI and scoring tools help our recruiters, but people — our recruiters and the employer — make hiring decisions. We do not permit our AI providers to train their models on your data.
We email hiring managers about candidates and our services, and email candidates about jobs. You can stop these emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in the email, by replying to ask us to stop, or by emailing privacy@100xrecruiting.com. We then add your email address to our do-not-contact list, which stops our campaigns from emailing you again.
The 100X Chrome extension is for 100X recruiting team members, Client Portal accounts and partner recruiting firms. It connects to your 100X account when you are signed in to 100xrecruiting.com.
Your information is stored on servers in the United States run by our cloud-hosting provider, with backups kept off-site. Each customer’s private data is kept separate from other customers’, and access is limited to people who need it. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing — we cannot read your password. No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach affects your information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
We keep candidate and contact information while it is useful for current and future jobs and as long as employment, tax and other laws require. When you ask us to delete your information, we delete it from our active systems within 30 days, and backups are overwritten within 30 days after that. Some historical records and archives can’t be edited one entry at a time; there, your record is blocked so it is never used, shown or contacted again. We keep your email address or phone number on our do-not-contact list so you aren’t added back from another source.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR), you have the right to:
To use any of these rights, email us at privacy@100xrecruiting.com. We will answer within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are a candidate or a hiring manager and your information appears in our database or master directory, you have the right to request removal at any time. Email privacy@100xrecruiting.com from the email address that appears on the record (or any verifiable contact channel) and we will remove your record within 7 business days and stop contacting you.
We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and protect against bots. We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, but signing in won’t work without them.
The Service is run from the United States. If you are outside the United States, your information is transferred to, stored and processed in the United States.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@100xrecruiting.com and we will delete that information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or through an in-app notice as required by law.
