Salary
$64,397 per year Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Responsibilities The Corporate Management Analyst will support strategic legal and operational objectives across U.S. and international entities. Core responsibilities include:
- Analyze and evaluate corporate, operational, and legal processes to improve organizational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare, review, and coordinate SEC filings and periodic disclosures, including Forms 1-A, 1-K, and 1-U
- Draft and file Blue Sky notifications through the EFD NASAA platform and maintain ongoing state securities law compliance
- Review and advise on real estate contracts, residential leases, and HOA documents
- Design internal compliance checklists, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with external counsel on documentation related to Regulation A offerings and real estate transactions
- Collect and analyze financial and operational data to prepare reports for senior management
- Utilize internal management systems to track performance metrics and maintain compliance records Requirements
Education
