Project Manager (Light Commercial Construction)

We are a growing commercial construction company ($5M–$7M annually) specializing in retail, office, and restaurant projects. Our work is fast-paced, detail-driven, and client-focused. We are building a team of problem solvers who take ownership and pride in delivering high-quality projects.

We are seeking a Project Manager who can manage projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is a mix of field and office responsibilities, with flexibility to work from home when appropriate. You will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and running smoothly.

• Manage multiple commercial (some residential) construction projects simultaneously
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Identify and solve problems proactively in the field and during planning
• Ensure quality control and attention to detail across all phases
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and stakeholders What We’re Looking For
